Lil Wayne Announces He’s Expecting a Mini-Wayne
As if his multiple wins at the BET Hip-Hop Awards this past weekend wasn't news worthy enough, Lil Wayne also announced that he is expecting a child at the ceremony. The 26-year-old rapper is expecting his second child, a baby boy.
'I got a son about to be born any day now, so shout-out to him. Pray for me," Wayne said during an acceptance speech. Although he did not say who the child's mother is the rumor mill has been buzzing that it may be Wayne's ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Nivea.
Aside from announcing the addition to his new family, Wayne is also working on the re-release of his album 'Tha Cater III' which has sold over 2 million copies to date.
