Lil Kim Returns With Sleek New Video ‘Took Us A Break’ [WATCH]

Lil Kim is back with a new video for her latest release, "Took Us a Break." The song is the lead single from her upcoming album, which is due out next year.

"I was raised in the school of hard knocks," she raps on the track. "These bitches is class clowns / Giving y'all my old clothes, my old flows like hand-me-downs / I see y'all watching my Snap / Trying to see what else you could jack."

Although she hasn't released an official album since 2005's The Naked Truth, she's been heavy on the mixtape circuit, her most recent effort being last year's, Lil Kim Season. This new single comes ahead of rumors that she's working on new music with Remy Ma aimed at their mutual nemesis, Nicki Minaj.

Kim's new album is due out on Entertainment One/Queen Bee Entertainment in spring 2018. Take a look at the video above.
