Lauryn Hill wasted no time in returning to the stage following the birth of her newborn son. The Fugees frontwoman performed for a packed crowd at the L.A. Rising Festival in Los Angeles on Saturday (July 30), just one week after she welcomed her sixth child into the world.

Dressed in a blue coat, white lace bandeau top and matching blue skirt, the mother of six proved she still has sex appeal, as she sang for fans at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Hill performed hits like 'Doo Wop (That Thing),' the first single from her solo album, 'The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.'

The storied entertainer recently sent an open letter to her supporters and critics several days after giving birth to Marley, the name reportedly given to her son. Hill seemed to be fed up with the constant speculation over who fathered her sixth child, which has led to tabloid fodder featuring herself and Rohan Marley, who is the father of her other five children.

Photos of Hill's newest addition have been released, showing a newborn Marley, wrapped in a footprint-emblazoned blanket, being held by his sisters Selah, 12, and Sarah, 3.
