After spewing his vitriol at Nike (and then apologizing), Kanye West has a new target -- the Grammy committee. The Chicago rhymer is not happy that his celebrated album, 'Yeezus,' only garnered two nominations for the 2014 Grammy Awards. Yeezy expressed his frustration during a show in Phoenix, Ariz., on Tuesday (Dec. 10).

West received two nominations for Best Rap Album and Best Rap Song for 'New Slaves.' But during his concert rant, the G.O.O.D. Music leader wondered why he didn’t receive more nominations.

"'Yeezus' is the top one or two album on every single list,” he told the crowd. “But only gets two nominations from the Grammys. What are they trying to say?”

We don’t know, 'Ye?

But we understand his frustration. The rapper’s 'Yeezus’ album did make it near the top of many critics' year-end lists, including our Best Hip-Hop Albums of 2013 roundup.

Over his decade-long career, West has been nominated 52 times and has won 21 golden gramophones. Unfortunately, he has yet to receive the coveted Album of the Year award.

He's not the only one upset with the Grammy committee. K. Michelle and India Arie went on Twitter to express their dismay of being overlooked for Grammy nominations.
