Rapper Jim Jones usually keeps himself in the news by making negative statements and verbalizing on-going beefs with the likes of Jay-Z and T.I. This time around he is putting his headline grabbing antics to good use.

Jones has decided to stop using the n-word and replace it with "Obama." Inspired by the recent presidential election, Jones says that it's time for a change. "Shouts to all my Obamas, the 'n----' is out the 'Obamas' is in," he said.

The Harlem rapper will also use the word Michelle in place of the b-word. "The 'bitches' is out and the 'Michelles' is in. So if you're lady gets you mad you say, 'Michelle you betta' get out of here before I slap the thunder out of you.'" He continued.

Jones went on to say that it is time to cut-back on the bad language that he has been using for years and wants others to follow suit. "It's actually been catching on a little bit. I was on the radio yesterday and I heard somebody saying that and I was like, 'Wow that [would] be a great thing if we could call each other 'Obama' instead of 'n----.'"

Last month, Jones starred in the off-Broadway musical 'Hip-Hop Monologues: The Life and Mind of Jim Jones.' His fourth album 'Pray IV Reign' will hit stores early next year.
