Jeezy's much-anticipated project, Trap or Die 3has hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 charts.

This marks the third album the rapper has had hit No. 1, and the eight consecutive album top 10 album on the chart, according to BillboardThe album which was released on Oct. 28, sold 89,000 units in the week ending Nov. 3, according to Nielson Music.

Thus far, all eight of Jeezy’s charting albums have reached the top 10, stretching back to 2005’s Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101, which debuted and peaked at No. 2. As for No. 1 albums, he previously hit the mark with 2008’s The Recession and 2006’s The Inspiration.

Jeezy said that he wanted to take it back with the release of the third installment of the popular Trap or Die series.

“I wanted to take it back to creating music,” Jeezy recently told Billboard. “My first two albums, we made from scratch. We didn’t even have a studio… In its entirety, (the new album is) real, authentic, quality street music.”

The 16-track release also boasts features from the late Bankroll Fresh on "All There," as well as  Lil Wayne on the previously shared “Bout That." Chris Brown shows up on “Pretty Diamonds" and French Montana throws an assist on “Going Crazy."  In addition, the album features appearances from Plies and Yo Gotti.
