Jay Z just handed the keys to success to DJ Khaled as he's set to manage the Miami producer under Roc Nation.

The deal was announced today via video; in the clip, Jay hands Khaled the famous chain in what's become an infamous ritual. According to Jay Z, this chain is the last chain. "I don't own another," said Beyonce's husband, to which DJ Khaled replied "more success, more blessings."

The two then toasted to the deal before Jay spat some new rhymes in a freestyle. It's unclear whether these raps will be used for anything "official."

DJ Khaled has been on a winning streak lately. Along with the new management deal, he also nabbed a show on Apple's Beats 1, aptly titled after his label, We The Best. The 40-year-old also covered AdWeek to discuss his Snapchat success.

Khaled is the second artist to make a deal with the Jigga man in the past week. Last Tuesday (Feb. 23), T.I. announced that he's bringing his Grand Hustle imprint to Roc Nation for distribution and that his future records will be released with TIDAL.

Jay Z seems to be making more power moves as well. After the release of Rihanna's Anti, Beyonce's "Formation" and Kanye West's The Life of Pablo, TIDAL gained 1.5 million new subscribers. We see you, Jay Z.

Are you excited about the new venture for these new artists? Do you think it was a good move? Let us know what you think in the comments and check out DJ Khaled getting the last Roc chain in the video above.
