Jay-Z and LeBron JamesRap mogul Jay-Z and Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James are teaming up to mentor students in Dallas, Texas, before this year's NBA All-Star Weekend. The two superstars will personally appear at the East Dallas chapter of the Boys and Girls Club, where they will answer questions from the students, hand out books and take pictures.

The participating students are members of the Coca-Cola/Sprite-sponsored Dallas Elevators, a program whose goal is to empower students by pairing them with real-life role-models in high positions. Charles English, president of the Dallas area Boys and Girls Club organization, said he was excited to work with Jay and Lebron, both of whom, he said, exemplify the Boys and Girls Club's intention to inspire the youth to be "productive, caring, responsible citizens."

"We are so thrilled that Sprite is giving students from the Dallas Elevators program and BGC the opportunity to meet and interact with two of America's most talented and celebrated individuals, Jay-Z and LeBron James," English continued. "It is great to see that they care about the community and want to provide this special session to young people."

The event will take place on Saturday, Feb. 13 in East Dallas. For more info about the Boys and Girls Club, click here.
