Drake plans to play his new album, Views from the 6 in its entirety on his OVO Sound Radio program on Apple Music on Thursday night (April 28).

The official album release date is Friday (April 29) but Drizzy is going to host a listening session for his fans before they can stream it exclusively on Apple Music.

The 29-year-old rap superstar dropped a hint on fans Monday (April 25) in an Instagram post inviting people to listen to a “special edition” of the ‘OVO Sound’ show this Thursday at 10PM ET. His Apple show usually airs on Saturday nights. Apple Music just confirmed a (global) listening party for Views From The 6 during the special episode.

VFT6 will be an Apple Music exclusive, streaming across the OVO platform for one week before its official release where the album will become available on other platforms and formats.

Apple Music is allegedly banking on Drake with this OVO “global listening party” and reportedly paying the Champagne Papi major stacks to have first rights to his album.

Meanwhile, Drake and Future have announced that more dates have been added to their upcoming “Summer Sixteen” Tour. Eight more dates are included to satisfy the trek’s extremely high demand! New show dates include New York, Washington, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Oakland, and Vancouver, as well as a third date in Los Angeles.

Tickets for the "Summer Sixteen" Tour will be available to the general public on Friday at livenation.com.

Drizzy Season has officially begun!
