Drake Meme Added to NYC Parks Department Proposal

On Tuesday, the New York City Parks Department released its plans to make Brooklyn's Fort Greene Park more accessible by and a wheelchair ramp.

In the proposed plans, someone was exposed as a lover of Drake or fine memes, after a picture of the rapper as Jimmy Graham from the show Degrassi: The Next Generation was added to the photos.

When the department was reached for a comment, they took the joke even further, telling the New York Post, "Started at the bottom of Fort Green Park's signature hill, now we're here with the final design, which takes care to create a more welcoming park entrance -- with improved views."
