Drake Hints at Young Money Reunion Tour: ‘We Gonna Come Back and Kill This S—‘
Although Lil Wayne is trying to break free from Cash Money, his own label, Young Money is still going strong. In fact, one of YM’s biggest stars Drake hinted that the whole crew might reunite for a tour.
On Sunday (Feb. 5), during his London stop on his “Boy Meets World” tour, Drizzy told Londoners that he’s thinking of bringing himself, Weezy and Nicki Minaj back to London on a reunion tour.
“This no word of a lie. I just got off the phone with Nicki and she told me to tell y’all, ‘Hello,'” he told the crowd (watch video below). “We might have to do something special, we might have to do some Young Money reunion s--- out here this summer."
"I might have to bring all my friends from America, all my friends from Canada, the whole OVO," he added. "So listen, this is the last chance tonight. It’s up to each and every one of yall. If you ready to work with me, I’ma work with you. We gon’ come back and kill this s---.”
If Drake can pull off a Young Money Reunion Tour, it will no doubt be one of the biggest treks of the summer. We'll just have to wait and see if it really happens.
In the meantime, fans are awaiting for Drake to drop his More Life playlist. The OVO leader recently previewed a new song from the project.
