Drake and Future Reveal ‘What a Time to Be Alive’ Cover and Release Date

It looks like a Drake and Future collaborative project will arrive sooner than later. The OVO leader shared with his fans the cover art and release date for the mixtape/album on his Instagram page today (Sept. 19).

The project, titled What a Time to Be Alive, will arrive via iTunes this Sunday (Sept. 20) at 8PM ET. As for the artwork, it’s a glossy cover filled with diamonds.

The bling-bling cover art is vastly different from the very creative artwork that popped up on the internet last week. The Dirty Sprite 2-inspired imagery of a dripping purple owl was certainly eye-catching and would fit perfectly with the dynamic duo’s collaborative project.

In addition to the mixtape/album, Drizzy also posted a photo announcing a special OVO x Freebandz radio program via Apple Music on Sunday airing at 6PM ET.

Fans have been anxiously waiting for a Drake and Future's project ever since the DS2 track “Where Ya At” was released online.

So get ready! OVO and Freebandz are going to crash the internet with their What a Time to Be Alive project.
