The legal battle between Damon Dash and his ex-wife, Rachel Roy, is getting heated. An arrest warrant has been issued for the former Roc-A-Fella Records founder for owing over $340,000 in back child support.

During a contempt hearing on Wednesday (April 29) in New York, Judge Matthew Cooper ordered that Dash pay up or be arrested. Roy’s attorney, Donnell Saures, contends that Dash owes $91,249 in back child support and other fees, plus $250,750 in bills his client had to pay when Dash violated their divorce agreement.

“I will issue a warrant,” said Judge Cooper, according to Bossip. “Unless he can avoid arrest by purging contempt, and the purge is $341,999.”

On top of that, Dash has to also pay some of Roy’s legal fees, which is an additional $25,000.

All of this drama comes a week after Roy won their custody battle regarding their two daughters. She also obtained a three-year restraining order against him. The business mogul retaliated with a $2.5 million lawsuit for alleged “corporate crimes” related to the fashion companies they both started together.

Roy maintains that Dash has the money but refuses to pay up. According to the 41-year-old fashion designer, Dash made $2 million from her company last year. “I know my partner gave him $2.5 million last July,” she reportedly said.

Attorneys for Damon Dash had no comment on the matter. However, the entrepreneur shared some photos on Instagram that contained some subliminal messages. Read them below and tell us what you think.
