Common has leaked a soulful second single, 'Blue Sky,' from his forthcoming No I.D.-produced album 'The Dreamer, The Believer.'

The Windy City MC, who has reunited with his old collaborator for an album's worth of Chi-town posi-anthems, seeks to uplift with 'Blue Sky,' kicking some vintage wordplay over a sample from Electric Light Orchestra's 'Mr. Blue Sky.'

"Suited in Prada, stay Melo like LaLa/ Young fresh with dollars, ladies go Gaga/ I'm the cum laude, top of the class/ Black Wall Street so my stock will never crash," he spits. "Red carpet, imagine taking pictures with the president/ Told him for health care, my music is the medicine."

"It's that good hip-hop, that good music," he told Los Angeles radio personality DJ Reflex, of the song. "When you hook up with No I.D. and the type of producer that he is, he can do all types of things, but I think that the best you'll get out of us [together] is the essence of hip-hop."

Common's 'The Dreamer, The Believer' is in stores Nov. 22. Check out The BoomBox's exclusive interview with the rapper-turned-author here, as he discusses his new memoir, 'One Day It'll All Make Sense.'
