Boldy James – ‘Moochie’ Prod. The Alchemist

Boldy James may have dropped a new mixtape, 'Jammin' 30: In The Morning,' just last week, but its his collaboration album with The Alchemist that we've all been eagerly awaiting. Today we're treated to the title ('My 1st Chemistry Set'), release date (Oct. 15) and album cover (see above), as well as the first single called 'Moochie.'

Over the past two years, Boldy has solidified himself as a serious street spitter -- it wouldn't be an overstatement to say he's cut from the same cloth as Freddie Gibbs and Jay Rock -- but his beat choice hasn't always been up to par. The musical scientist that he is, Alc finds the missing link in Boldy's formula with a grimy, chilling instrumental.

All in all, this is exactly what he hoped to hear from this pairing.
