Beyonce Is Not Planning a Destiny’s Child Reunion at Coachella
The rumor mill is buzzing that Destiny’s Child could possibility reunite next year at the Coachella Music Festival. While fans are crossing their fingers, TMZ is crushing their dreams with a report that Beyoncé is not planning a DC reunion on the Coachella stage.
Insiders reportedly have told the media website that Queen Bey is not planning to invite former DC members Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett to Coachella.
Beyoncé was initially scheduled to perform in the desert last year but she gave birth to twins prior to her scheduled performance. The R&B superstar has been rescheduled to perform in 2018, but fans were riled up when rumors of a Destiny’s Child reunion could happened at the festival.
The original members have all hinted that something is in the works on social media. Separately, they've all posted clues that a reunion is on the horizon.
However, TMZ adds more salt to the wound by saying that Beyoncé's die-hard fans are simply seeing what they want to see and that there is no DC reunion happening.
"Say their names all ya want ... it ain't happening," reports TMZ.
Well damn, tell them how you really feel.
In any case, Coachella organizers usually announce the performers list in January. So fans will have to wait until then. The Coachella Music and Arts Festival will take place in April in Indio, Calif.
