Bart Simpson is taking a note from Drake as the beloved prankster of The Simpsons hilariously recreated the Toronto rhymer's "Started From The Bottom."

Instead of getting in expensive cars and heading to exotic destinations on private gets, Bart decides to go for a more low key splurge. After getting a few dollars, he heads to the 98 cent store to grab some sidewalk chalk, candy and gum in the latest episodes of The Simpsons. He also makes it rain with the aforementioned candy in slow motion -- naturally.

This is far from the first time, The Simpsons have drawn influence from pop culture -- especially hip-hop. The long-running show has included cameos from Cypress HillSir Mix-a-Lot, 50 Cent, Ludacris and a host of other notables. .

And tweeters were definitely here for the Drizzy reference.

"The fact that the Simpsons was just playing Drake's started from the bottom..has made me night..lol best laugh ever," read one tweet, with another adding: "They just played an entire @Drake verse on The Simpsons.... What a time to be alive..."

No word on what the 6 representative thinks about the clip yet but hopefully he'll comment on it soon. In the meantime, check out the clip above and let us know what you think in the comments.
