Andre 3000 and Kaytranada are making some new music. The ATL rapper and the Montreal producer were spotted in the studio together on Sunday (Sept. 25) via Kaytranada's snapchat.

There’s no word on what they worked on together but considering 3 Stacks recently appeared on Travis Scott's album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnightwe're hoping he's recording some new music to release.

Whether we ever hear it is another story.

The Outkast MC also appeared on Frank Ocean’s new album Blonde. Andre raps, “I am no rookie but feel like a kid/Lookin’ at the other kids/With astonishment while I’m on punishment, watchin’ the summer come close to an end/After 20 years in/I’m so naive I was under the impression that everyone wrote they own verses/It’s comin’ back different and yea that shit hurts me/I’m hummin’ and whistlin’ to those not deserving/I’m stumbled and lived every word, was I working just way too hard?”

Meanwhile, Kaytranada earned the 2016 Polaris Music Prize earlier this month, Canada’s top music honor, for his major label debut 99.9%. The producer’s album featured plenty of rappers including 2016 XXL Freshman Anderson .Paak, 2015 XXL Freshman GoldLink, Phonte, Vic Mensa and BADBADNOTGOOD, among others. The 15-track album reached No. 2 on Billboard’s US Dance/Electronic Albums chart and No. 24 on Billboard’s Canadian Albums chart.

Whatever the two music geniuses are working on, it's definitely on our most anticipated music release list. Until it drops, if that day ever comes, you can listen to Kaytranada's 0.001% mixtape below. He dropped it after winning his Polaris Prize, and it's perfect for the fall season. Much like Kaytra’s signature work, the new tape pulls from all genres: electronic, reggae, jazz, afrobeat and rap.
