Action Bronson is a rapper, chef and prophet, too, apparently. He promised to release his new 'Blue Chips 2' mixtape with Party Supplies "the first day it rains in November." He then scheduled it for Nov. 1 "no matter what." And coincidentally enough, today turns out to be the first rainy day in November.

The follow-up to Bronson and Party's 2012 collaboration, 'Blue Chips,' which proved to be the catalyst for both artists' breakouts, 'Blue Chips 2' is another delightful affair from the New York duo, riddled with colorful language, funky, obscure samples and old school basketball references.

At 19 tracks, the mixtape is a generous helping, too. Ab-Soul, Mac Miller and Meyhem Lauren serve as the main support, while Bam Bam's homie from around the way Big Body Bes supplies some truly hilarious skits.

As the Queens rapper revealed to XXL earlier this week, Cam'ron was the "Legendary Special Guests In Which We Can't Disclose" who was supposed to guest on 'Rolling Thunder,' but he, devastatingly, couldn't secure a verse from the Dipset legend. Let's not allow that to rain on the parade, though, eh?
