A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie goes deep underwater for his new video for “Drowning.” The platinum-selling single is from his latest album, The Bigger Artist.

The aquatic visual, directed by the Rite Brothers, features the Bronx rapper playing the piano underwater with sharks, diamonds, necklaces and cash floating around him.

“Wrist so icy, wonder why she like me, bitch I'm drownin' / In water, I just bought a Cuban, dipped it in a fountain / Every where that I go it's a light show, I'm surrounded / Bust down, bust down, bust down, bust down, bust down, bitch I'm drownin’,” he raps.

The centerpiece of the visual is a heist where A Boogie and his partner-in-crime break into a jewelry store and get chased by the police. The pursuit eventually leads the crime duo onto a speedboat that gets hit with police gunfire causing it to sink. We are then transported back to A Boogie underwater performing his song.

Kodak Black is featured on the original song but doesn’t make a cameo in the video. Nevertheless, A Boogie delivers a great performance and the visual helps push the song's narrative along.

If you love A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, you can catch him on his "The Bigger Artist" Tour. He will be performing in Canada this weekend. But on Oct. 15, he will resume his trek in Montclair, N.J. You can peep his full tour dates at Songkick.com.
