It has not been a good holiday season for Tyga. After he was hit with a lawsuit for breaching nudity contracts with three women for his "Make it Nasty" video, the rapper has now been sued by his accountant for $16,000.

According to TMZ, accountant Robert Seltzer authorized the rapper to use his credit card for purchases -- as long as the amount was paid back in full by the end of each month.

However, Tyga did not hold up his end of the bargain and instead racked up a whopping $13,396 along with interest.

Tyga missed the court date set for the suit though, so the judge automatically ruled in Seltzer's favor. The "Rack City" rapper is now required to pay $16,801.67. TMZ alleges that Tyga has already paid some of the cash back, but no official reports have been made.
