Filming for the upcoming Tupac Shakur film, All Eyez on Me, completed filming in Las Vegas at the same intersection of Flamingo Road and Koval Lane where the late rapper was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting on Sept. 7, 1996. 2Pac died a few days later from his injuries. No one has ever been arrested for his murder.

On Tuesday night (April 12), after filming scenes depicting the shooting of the late rapper, the All Eyez on Me cast received a set visit from Clark County Commissioner Lawrence Weekly, who presented the crew with a proclamation thanking them for bringing the production to Vegas.

In a Morgan Creek press release (via ) it reads:

Tuesday night, Morgan Creek Productions CEO James G. Robinson and the cast and crew of their Tupac Shakur biopic, All Eyez on Me had the honor of a visit from the Clark County Commissioner Lawrence Weekly to the set, who brought with him a Proclamation thanking them for bringing the production to Las Vegas. Filming that night included scenes directly after the shooting of the iconic rapper and activist. After filming the scenes of the actual shooting last night in that city, the production has now wrapped."
