After T.I. was arrested in early September for felony drug possession and subsequently sentenced to an 11-month bid, AXE has officially dropped the King of the South from his endorsement deal. The company, which signed him to the lucrative deal earlier this year, waited to make its decision until Tip went before a judge for his recent criminal activity.

"We will no longer feature T.I. in our promotional campaign," a publicist for AXE told TMZ a mere month after saying that the company was "troubled" by his arrest and "reviewing our promotional activities."

T.I. was featured for a short amount of time in the grooming brand's campaign. In August, Tip played his first full performance in New York City since getting out of jail for AXE Music's One Night Only concert series, where he was joined by Cam'Ron, Maino, B.o.B, Mary J. Blige and more.

The Atlanta native, who also has an endorsement deal with Remy Martin Cognac and a joint venture with his AKOO clothing brand and Yamaha for a custom sports bike, was sentenced last Friday to 11 months in prison for violating his probation.
