Swizz Beatz just saved himself a lot of dough, because a judge threw out a lawsuit from a company that claimed he jerked them out of $42 million.

According to TMZ, the company Metro-Gem Leasing and Funding fronted the money to Swizz, so he could start his own leasing company, but he never paid them back. In addition, Metro-Gem claimed that Swizz's wife Alicia Keys was using the cars for her own personal use, which they apparently had a problem with since they purchased them.

After the suit was thrown out, Swizz blasted Metro-Gem for taking him to court in the first place. "People just do and say anything these days for money," he stated. "The crazy part is people also believe anything these days. SMH."

The beatmaker's team also commented on the suit.

"This lawsuit was nothing more than an attempted shakedown of a public figure that had nothing to do with the facts. We are gratified but not surprised that the court agreed with us."
