Solange Knowles has had an incredible year, and she's making sure to celebrate on a high note with a stellar performance. The "Cranes In The Sky" singer took over the music scene with the release of her latest album A Seat At The Table earlier this year, which was met with high critical acclaim. Now, she's making sure that everyone gets a taste of what social media and fans have been buzzing about.

The 30-year-old vocalist did a special medley performance last night on The Tonight Show, where she sang through two fan favorite tracks, "Rise" and "Weary." Coming out dressed in all red, backed with dancers in red ensembles that carried her dress' train, as well as red lighting, Solange reminisced on the vibes from her "Cranes In The Sky" video. The singer was also backed by a live band that included a bassist, pianist and drums, which only added to the hypnotizing beauty of her sound.

Fans can catch Solange hitting the road in the new year with her upcoming tour, where they can see her fulfill these performances live in person. The vocalist has also been nominated for a Grammy, so she may have an even more amazing 2017 in store. Check out Solange's performance above, and let us know your thoughts.
