Atlanta’s influential rap scene is being celebrated on Red Bull Music Academy RBMA Radio, a 24-hour station with several different streaming programs.

The RBMA Radio will be broadcasting live from pop-up stations in Atlanta from Aug. 15 through Aug. 20 promoting the music and culture of ATL’s music scene. Influential hip-hoppers Sleepy Brown, mixtape icons DJ Drama and Don Cannon as well as producers Mr. Collipark and DJ Toomp will participate in various events for RBMA Radio.

On Monday (Aug. 15), DJ Drama and Don Cannon will participate in a "Atlanta Mixtape Gods" Roundtable discussion about the mixtape culture in Atlanta and how they broke the sound of the South.

On Tuesday (Aug. 16), Organized Noize member, Sleepy Brown, will participate in a live sit-down interview and talk about Organized Noize's influence in developing the southern sound. Brown will also perform his underground classic, The Vinyl Room, live for the first time ever on Wed. Aug. 17.

On Saturday (Aug. 20), the Atlanta bass scene is celebrated with performances from Big Freedia, Mr. Collipark, DJ Toomp, DJ Funk, and more.
