A homeless man has been arrested for allegedly stalking and harassing Rihanna by delivering creepy letters to her New York apartment.

Kevin Mcglynn was caught on surveillance camera leaving hand-written notes for the 'Stay' singer on three different occasions -- twice on July 8 and another time on July 11.

According to New York Daily News, the letters contained repeated insults including the word "bitch" and threats to "bum (rush) in her apartment." The 53-year-old also allegedly sent at least four more notes to Rihanna in California.

Mcglynn was arrested last Thursday (July 24) and was held for arraignment on Friday (July 25).

“The nature of these letters (is) confusing. They all do indicate a personal relationship, as I indicated before, that simply does not exist,” Assistant District Attorney James Vinocur told Judge Abraham Clott.

During the arraignment, Mcglynn outrageously claimed that Rihanna, Jay Z and Kanye West stole his material. Clott ordered Mcglynn held without bail until another hearing.

According to police sources, Mcglynn has a long rap sheet with a dozen arrests including four for trespassing.
