Looks like Rihanna wanted to take a working relationship to the next level. According to producer Calvin Harris, who worked with the Bajan songstress on "We Found Love," the chart-topping single from her sixth studio album, Talk That Talk, she had her sights set on him.

In an interview with Q magazine, a publication based in the UK, Harris disclosed that the 24-year-old entertainer "tried" to get closer to him by inviting him to her dressing room. Did the interviewer take the dance producer's words out of context? Doesn't seem to be the case here.

"It's bad," he stated. "She's tried. She's like, 'Yeah, come on and hang out in my dressing room.' I'm like, 'Arrrgh!' I mean, what do I say to Rihanna? There's nothing! She's great, she's well friendly, she's nice, I see that. But. I can't."

The reason for him and Rihanna not hooking up? Harris blames himself. "That's my own fault because I'm really awkward around her," he admitted.

When the 28-year-old Scottish DJ first played "Where Have You Been" for executives at Def Jam, Rihanna's label, he was also a bit nervous.

"All the label were sat there," he shared. "I just remember thinking, 'I hope all these fuckers like it. I hope they understand what it is.''

Just Wednesday (July 25), Rihanna took to Twitter to quote lyrics from Harris' hit song "Feel So Close." Perhaps she was sending a message his way.
