R. Kelly is now apologizing for poking fun of an autistic man outside of a nightclub.

On Wednesday (Nov. 15), the R&B vet posted a video of a man, identified as Lenny Felix, who was happy to see Kels outside of a Los Angeles nightclub. Kelly then egged him to sing “I Believe I Can Fly.” The 27-year-old man warbly sang the song, to which Kelly looked into the camera and mockingly sang to him, "I believe that you high… I believe you smoking on that Percocet."

According TMZ, Kelly's crew burst into laughter, but Felix's family was mortified and feel he was victimized. The family reportedly told the outlet that Lenny's reaction to the clip was, "I don't want him to think I'm dumb. Do you think he was making fun of me?" The family is now considering legal action.

R. Kelly has posted an apology video explaining that he didn't know that he was autistic and thought he was drunk. The singer also added that he knows that people are trying to blackballed him.

Nonetheless, Kels is getting dragged on Twitter for the video.

"R. Kelly is an irredeemable piece of shit," tweeted journalist Jamilah Lemieux. "R. Kelly needs to go away. Far far away," wrote another person.
