Puma Court Star Velcro

While velcro has been around for a while, it really seems like the fabric is having a moment right now, considering we're seeing it adorn silhouettes across brands. With United Arrows & Sons x adidas Master in the rearview, we now set our sights on this strapped-up Puma Court Star.

Decked out in all-white, the shoe seems simple enough and the lacing system really plays into that theme of simplicity. This helps make the golden accents used on the branding stand out while perforated form stripes relax them even more. When the straps are left open, another surprise is revealed -- golden embroidery stating the brand name and style of shoe.

These are available now at select Puma retailers including China's Titolo, which means that you can kick off 2015 the right way -- with a new pair of shoes.
