Now this is a concert we would love to see with our own eyes. On Saturday (June 13), Prince performed during a private VIP show at the White House for President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. The Purple One’s special guest was none other than Stevie Wonder.

According to the New York Post's Page Six, the special concert was held at the White House in celebration of Black Music Month. Prince reportedly performed several of his classic tunes including "Purple Rain" and "Kiss." The 57-year-old guitarist surprised audiences by bringing Wonder onstage for a duet of “Signed, Sealed, Delivered I’m Yours.”

Guests in attendance included Ciara and her new boo, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, Tracee Ellis Ross, Rev. Al Sharpton, Angela Bassett and even the First daughters Sasha and Malia.

Prince had a busy weekend in Chocolate City. Not only did he perform for President Obama, he also rocked two scheduled shows on Sunday (June 14) as part of his HITnRUN tour.

The White House confirmed that the president and first lady hosted a private party for friends and family that night, but wouldn’t divulge any information about the musical guests.
