A Minnesota judge has given the Prince Estate permission to sell some of the late music icon’s lavish real estate properties.

On Thursday (Aug. 11), Carver County District Court Judge Kevin Eide gave approval to Bremer Trust, the special administrator managing Prince’s estate, to sell off seven of the late singer-guitarist’s properties, reports the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Six are located in Chanhassen, near Paisley Park, and one is in Turks and Caicos. None of those of parcels include the Paisley Park compound or the Purple Rain house.

As for the property in Turks and Caicos, it’s a gorgeous island getaway pad that boasts 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a 200-foot boat dock, a tennis court and a private white sand beach. Not to mentioned, picturesque views of the Atlantic Ocean and tropical forests. Prince purchased the island home in 2010. For pics of the property head over to TMZ.com.

Reps from Bremer Trust said they are selling Prince’s properties to collect enough money to pay off a multimillion dollar tax bill due in January 2017.

Judge Eide also said that in the future Bremer may be allowed to sell Prince's additional eight properties, including a valuable 156 undeveloped acres of land near Paisley Park, estimated to be worth $14 million.
