Paisley Park to Honor Prince with Four-Day Festival Featuring The Revolution & More
Prince’s Paisley Park compound in Minnesota will honor the late music icon with a four-day music festival this spring.
Organizers have announced that they will hold a “Celebration” extravaganza that will run from April 20 through 23 to remember the life and legacy of Prince who died on April 21, 2016.
Artists set to perform at the event included the reunited The Revolution, Morris Day & The Time, New Power Generation, Liv Warfield, Shelby J and members of 3rdEyeGirl.
"Bringing together musicians, creative personnel, special guests and friends who worked closest with Prince and knew him best, these four days will feature live music, panel discussions and presentations on Prince’s tremendous talent, influence and importance as a composer, musician, producer, live performer and filmmaker," states organizers.
Tickets won't be cheap. General admission passes are $499, which gives you full access to the weekend’s scheduled events, including panel discussions, tours of Paisley Park and autographing sessions with the musical guests. VIP Tickets are $999 and that gives you photo ops with the music acts, exclusive merchandise, meal pass and on-site parking.
