Comedian Andy Samberg is known for getting tons of big name artists to appear in his hilarious 'SNL' digital shorts. For his upcoming album with Lonely Island, he will be pulling from the same Rolodex.

Samberg and his comedy partners, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone, will release their second album, 'Turtleneck & Chain,' next month and are tapping the likes of Rihanna, Akon and Nicki Minaj for the sophomore release. The album will include many of the songs showcased on 'SNL,' including 'The Creep' featuring Minaj, 'Shy Ronnie 2: Ronnie & Clyde' featuring Rihanna, and 'I Just Had Sex' featuring Akon.

Although the skits keep viewers laughing, the music industry has also been very receptive to Samberg and his crew's comic relief. Their 2009 release 'Incredibad' debuted at No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 200 charts, and was the eighth top-selling rap album of that year, with 246,000 copies. Featuring tracks like the Emmy-nominated 'Dick in a Box,' the album also got the attention of music's elite, snagging a Grammy nomination for the T-Pain-assisted 'I'm on a Boat.'

Their videos have also become viral hits, receiving over 50 million hits on YouTube.

'Turtleneck & Chain' drops May 1.
