Nas isn't finished celebrating the 20th anniversary of his 1994 classic album 'Illmatic.'

The New York rapper will embark on the Time Is Illmatic tour this fall. The North American trek is in support of his critically-acclaimed documentary of the same name.

The month-long jaunt begins Oct. 2 in Rochester, N.Y., and wraps up on Oct. 19 in Oakland, Calif. Before each show on the tour, Nas will screen the film then perform 'Illmatic' in its entirety.

'Nas: Time Is Illmatic' originally premiered back in April at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York. The movie will get another run at Tribeca Film on Oct. 1, followed by a national release, and will be available on demand and iTunes on Oct. 3.

"I want to thank Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal and the Tribeca Film family for all of the love and support they've given 'Time Is Illmatic,'" said Nas in a statement (via The Hollywood Reporter). "It is an honor to be in partnership with them, and I feel there is a cultural kinship bonded by the city of New York."

The 'Nas: Time Is Illmatic' documentary is written by former VIBE journalist Erik Parker and directed by multimedia filmmaker One 9. The film chronicles the making of 'Illmatic' and features interviews of those who were involved in creating the classic album.
