Queens rapper Nas responded to video footage of his September DUI arrest, which just hit the net, claiming the police were guilty of racial profiling. The video depicts Nas failing (with flying colors) a field sobriety test administered in Georgia. The footage came from a police camera, but there is no word as to how it leaked.

Upon failing the sobriety test, Nas was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. The police report states that Nas "had a green tongue with raised taste buds and his pulse was raised to 116 beats per minute," along with "eyelid tremors in both eyes and body tremors," though no drugs were found on his person or in his vehicle.

While he did, in fact, admit he had been smoking prior to driving, that evening, Nas contends that the arrest was a clear case of racial profiling. "You know what it is, profiling man. You know they can't keep a good man from shining," he told TMZ.

Check out the footage below. Toxicology reports produced a negative result for drugs, and Nas has since been cleared of all charges.
