More Alfamega Snitch Testimony Surfaces on the ‘Net

Poor Alfamega. T.I.'s former muscle was busted back in May by website The Smoking Gun for snitching on a Georgia drug dealer in 1996, in exchange for receiving a reduced prison sentence.

The website revealed documents which proved that Alfamega, born Cedric Zellars, had provided information to the government, including court testimony. T.I. then severed ties with his former protege, kicking him out of Grand Hustle, and effectively shelving the rapper's Atlantic records release indefinitely. Things went from terrible to sad for Zellars, as he then broke his leg in a police chase, was locked up on a gun charge, released a strange apology/diss song to T.I., letter to the public etc.

Unfortunately for Zellars, he also challenged The Smoking Gun, saying they forged the documents that make him out to be an informant.

"We hate to pile on poor Cedric "Alfamega" Zellars," the website fired back. "But when the rapper recently surfaced to claim that a TSG story about his previous work as an informant was wrong (and maybe even based on fabricated documents), we decided to revisit his days as a government snitch."

You can read the newly released testimony here, where Zellars admits to informing on several others, and approaching the government himself to offer information in hopes of further reducing his sentence. "I had people calling, and I was writing," Zellars said, explaining why he gave information to the Feds. "I been asked for information. They picked some of the guys up, but it didn't do nothing to help me. I just gave it because they asked me."

Zellars also admitted having 13 children with 13 different women. Wow, everybody loses in this one.
