Life is good for Epic Records CEO Antonio “L.A.” Reid. The music mogul recently purchased a gorgeous mansion in the Bel-Air area of California for a whopping $18 million.

Described as a “modern tour de force” by the Los Angeles Times, the 11,200 square-foot property comes equipped with seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, an infinity swimming pool, a home theater and an elevator to service the home’s three floors.

Outside, Reid will have 2,820 square-feet of outdoor space to play around with. There’s another swimming pool, a spa, a baja deck, and an outdoor kitchen and bar that's perfect for hosting A-list celebrity parties.

Other amenities include a formal dining area, a chef’s kitchen and a large terrace balcony on the second level. On top of that, the mansion has all-around picturesque views of the city, canyon and nearby ocean.

Overall, this mansion is pretty much a king’s castle.

The 60-year-old music powerhouse can certainly afford it. His career as a music mogul started in the late 1980s where he co-founded LaFace Records and developed such artists as Toni Braxton, TLC, Usher, OutKast and many others. He also ran Def Jam Music Group where he guided the careers of Rihanna, Mariah Carey and Rick Ross. Now as the CEO of Epic Records, Reid has lend his support behind Future, DJ Khaled and his former mentee Sean “Diddy” Combs.
