A video of Kanye West's grand AT&T Park proposal to Kim Kardashian leaked not too long after news of the engagement hit the web. The couple was all smiles during the captured moment, but their joy quickly turned into frustration when they got wind that the proposal video leaked to the public. Now they plan to sue the culprit.

West and Kardashian definitely have a solid case because they may already know who did it, according to TMZ. The suspected person signed a confidentiality agreement, which prevents the signee from disclosing any type of information outlined in the document. The person who captured the video flagrantly violated the agreement, and TMZ believes a lawsuit is imminent.

The problematic video reveals the orchestral performance, West dropping down on one knee to propose and the "PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!" text flashing across the scoreboard.

West's proposal was reportedly set to air on E!'s 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians.'
