Kanye West, Kim Kardashian Mansion: Parents-to-Be Drop Staggering Sum on New Home

As they prepare to welcome their first child together, it looks like Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are sparing no expense. The expectant parents are set to move in together, purchasing an $11 million mansion for their new family!

According to TMZ sources close to the couple, Kimye splurged on a 10,000-square-foot home in California's gated Bel Air community a few weeks ago. A-list neighbors include Jennifer Aniston, NBA star Chris Paul, and "Girls Gone Wild" creator Joe Francis.

And if that wasn't enough, the property is undergoing a gut renovation in the hands of its new owners, and will be expanded in size to 14,000-square-feet!

The Italian-style villa will boast a gym, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool, movie theater, and hair and makeup salon. And following reports about Kanye's pal Jay-Z's nursery for baby Blue Ivy, we can only imagine what over-the-top luxury is in store for baby Kimye's room.

The insider also shared that Kanye and Kim have not made any plans to walk down the aisle as of yet.
