Kanye West may already be the leader of G.O.O.D Music, one-half of the Throne with Jay Z and part of the Kardashian family, but the super producer is adding another notch to his list of high-profile associations. According to Diddy, West is officially a part of Bad Boy's production crew, the Hitmen.

Diddy, who has been working on his new solo album, made the announcement on Instagram. "Ladies and gentlemen I'm pleased to announce that I am back behind the board!" he proclaimed. "I got the hitman with me @chucklife365 @iammariowinans @hitmansteviej_1 @itsseanc @lvizual DDOT , NASHIEM & the newest member of the hitman KANYE WEST #BREAKINGNEWS #Everythingisgoingtobealright"

As hip-hop fans know, the Hitmen is Bad Boy Records' in-house crew of producers. Historically, the team included Stevie J (before reality show fame), Mario Winans, Ryan Leslie and Deric "D-Dot" Angelettie. The Hitmen helmed beats for the likes of Faith Evans, Notorious B.I.G. and Mase, among others.

Perhaps this new endeavor will be showcased on Yeezy's upcoming album, So Help Me God. The rapper has been known to collaborate on production duties for his songs in his catalog. "All Day," a track featured on his new LP, has four producers credited: West, Diddy, French Montana and Velous.
