Kanye West has a serious mean mug, but he's not as hardcore as he's lead us to believe. While his face tells one story, Yeezy is often smiling on the inside. The “All Day” rhymer almost let us see just how happy he really is during a game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Chicago Bulls game on Sunday (May 10).

A cameraman at the game caught West having a conversation with Scottie Pippen,  a former Bulls player and the husband of Kim Kardashian's close friend Larsa. Their talk caused the rapper to have a big smile on his face but when he realized the camera was pointed in his direction, he flexed the utmost control over his facial muscles to put on his mean mug with the quickness. A Vine video of the moment has since gone viral on the internet.

Yeezy's almost smile has received more than 5 million views and inspired this funny tweet from a Kanye parody account: “Kanye almost let y'all catch him having a good time. Almost."

Earlier this year, the Chicago native explained why he doesn't prefer to smile in public. "I looked at all these people’s photos and they look so real and their outfits were incredible and they weren’t smiling and people, you know the paparazzi, always come up to me, 'Why you not smiling?' and I think, not smiling makes me smile … When you see paintings in an old castle, people are not smiling ’cause it just wouldn’t look as cool," he said during the Daily Front Row's Fashion Awards.

It's great to know Yeezus does smile after all.
