Although reviews of Rick Ross' 'Mastermind' have been mixed, what is pretty much the consensus is 'Sanctified' is the best song on the album. So of course it's a pleasure when the song is performed live, especially when its guest stars decide to swing through. Kanye West and Big Sean made surprise appearances during Ross' performance on 'The Arsenio Hall Show' last night (March 6).

This is the trio's first live performance of the song. The audience went crazy when West ran onstage, and he reflected the energy right back at them. His performance was just as kinetic as the recorded version sounds, and again, he made himself the star as Big Sean dutifully performed the hook.

Ross came through in all-black and wearing gold chains to close out the great late-night performance.

West's appearance on the show comes after Arsenio Hall's negative response to one of his comments. 'Ye implied Hall was fired from the first incarnation of his show. The host fired back saying that he left on his own accord and further criticized the rapper for his constant use of the word "slave."

We're still wondering what was said during their backstage conversation.
