Kanye West's whirlwind relationship with Twitter continues to rage, and has swept up teenage pop sensation Justin Bieber in its wake.

Kanye, who previously criticized the social networking site, finally decided to join Twitter on July 28. He has since accumulated 700,000 followers, but the rapper only follows Bieber. Over the weekend Ye hit up the 16-year-old Canadian phenom via the social media platform to complement Bieber's talent.

"Your album good @Justinbieber Playing it at my crib now," Kanye wrote. "Yo this Runaway Love is the truth!!! on my 17th listen 2day!!! Every time I get to that song I got go in 4 times!! OK OK OK...I just started dancing to this joint in my crib and clapping to it way to loud to be inside hahaha."

Bieber sent back much more subdued, albeit flattered, response. "I'm 16 and a fan. I'm kinda hyped u are listening to my stuff. Thank u. Nice sunday morning."

Kanye continued their public correspondence to randomly propose that the two collaborate on a track with Wu-Tang rapper Raekwon. "I'm honored that you like my Music @JustinBieber!!! You gotta hear the album. Maybe we can do something together. Me, You and Raekwon."

"Me, u, and the chef 2gether on a song = EPIC," Bieber shot back. "Might sound crazy 2 u but even having this convo is living the dream. thanks."

Kanye's highly-anticipated fifth album, now titled 'Dark Twisted Fantasy,' is scheduled for a November 16 release. He will be performing at MTV's Video Music Awards on September 12.
