Justin Timberlake Wins Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist at 2013 American Music Awards

Justin Timberlake won the first award of the night at the 2013 American Music Awards Sunday (Nov. 24) in Los Angeles. The 'Suit & Tie' singer nabbed the Favorite Male Artist — Pop/Rock trophy.

Country songbird Taylor Swift presented the award to a flabbergasted Timberlake who was dressed to the nines in a tuxedo.

At the podium, Timberlake who beat out fellow crooners Robin Thicke and Bruno Mars for the award, complimented Swift on her lovely gown before he began his acceptance speech.

The singer thanked the fans who voted him to win the honor.

"Wow! The fans!" he quipped. "Everyone who took to their Twitter and got busy thank you so much. This means so much. Thank you."

The night is early, so we can expect more exciting things for Timberlake at the AMAs.
