Johnny Gill is reuniting with his day ones -- New Edition -- on his new track "This One’s For Me and You"

The track is from his latest album, Game Changer , which was released in 2014, but it's just getting the video treatment. In matching crisp white suits, the crew jam out in synchronized choreography and Gill serenades a woman. "Your like melody that never goes away / You're the sweetest thang an easy song to sing / Your like a work of art so priceless to me / A timeless beauty from the movie screen that never ever seems to fade," Gill croons in the classic '90s-style R&B song.

In an interview with YouKnowIGotSoul, Gill spoke about the track and recording with the crew. "Well we haven’t recorded since 2004 but I’ll tell you it was fun. Sitting in there and doing that and recording, we kinda got the bug and started talking about setting dates and times to get in here and do a New Edition project," he said. "Something great came out of that and it was all due to the fact that everybody came in to support me, something I’m very grateful for. We nailed the song, it’s like a straight up New Edition just being grown folks and singing grown folks music and I think we nailed."

Now we just need to get Bell Biv DeVoe's new jack swing going again and we'll be all set. Check out the video above and let us know what you think about the reunion in the comments below!
