Joe Budden Plans to Celebrate the New Year By Playing ‘Ice Tray’
Although he is no longer involved with Complex’s popular hip-hop talk show, Everyday Struggle, Joe Budden had a phenomenal year.
Along with hosting his own podcast, the New Jersey native welcomed a baby boy with his ladylove Cyn Santana. So how is he going to celebrate the new year? By playing some Migos, of course.
On Saturday (Dec. 23), Budden went on Twitter to reflect on what he accomplished in 2017.
"I can’t thank God enough for all he did 2017," he tweeted. "My 2017 was so lit you buggin if u think I’m not blasting 'Ice Tray Da Gang' when the ball drop & dropping the beat out on the “Pussy” adlib!!!"
As you may know, Migos are not too fond of Budden ever since the BET Awards pre-show interview scuffle. Their feud continues to brew with the release of the "Ice Tray" video where they clown Budden.
But as you can see, Budden is having the last laugh.
Meanwhile, reports have surfaced that Budden has signed a $5 million contract with Diddy's Revolt TV for his podcast, The Joe Budden Podcast. There's hasn't been an official statement from either Budden or Revolt about the deal, but it looks like a partnership is happening.
Finally, Budden's ladylove Cyn Santana went on her Instagram page and posted an adorable photo of their newborn son and revealed his name -- it's Lexington Budden.
Joe Budden is winning!
