Jay-Z Responds to Amy Winehouse’s Dis of Kanye West
We all know drugs and alcohol will make you say some crazy things, so when Amy Winehouse dissed Kanye West during her performance at last weekend's Glastonbury Festival, most people -- except for West, of course -- chose to ignore the troubled soul singer. But it looks like one of Yeezy's close friends was willing to vouch for the fact that while the producer might have a reputation for being a bit arrogant, he's certainly not a "c--t." (For those unfamiliar with the four letter word, think derogatory term used when referring to female genitalia.)
"She said something about Kanye late on [in her set] but I didn't hear it," Jay-Z said in a recent interview. "I don't agree with it. He's my brother and the biggest artist on Roc-A-Fella right now. ... I guess I should hook them up, because he's a great guy, too. I don't know what the problem is. I don't know where that came from."
