Iggy Azalea caught wind of Erykah Badu's diss while hosting the 2015 Soul Train Awards and seemingly addressed her on Twitter.

On Tuesday (Dec. 1), in a Twitter rant, the Aussie rapper tweeted to fans, "We are days from 2016, but I came online today and saw its still cool to try and discredit my 2014 accomplishments. LOL, f---ing hell."

Azalea's name went viral during the telecast of the Soul Train Music Awards on Sunday night (Nov. 30). During a comedic bit, in which Ms. Badu wanted to do away with rap in favor of soul and R&B, she made a fake phone call to Azalea and said that that she can come over because what she's doing is "definitely not rap."

The moment of shade spurred memes and a number of tweets about the incident. But Azalea, seems unbothered. After she shared a few tweets on the matter, the Aussie rapper went on to update fans on her new music.

"I [don't] really know what im doing with my music release; but im finished (except for getting the features recorded)," she tweeted.

Azalea confirmed that she's living in America and said that she's "very close" to the Def Jam team. And although she's signed out of the UK, "things are complicated," she added.

"[I'm] ready with my music but i am also trying to restructure some things to work smoother and better for me," she continued. "So we are all kind of still just figuring out how things should work and id guess thats going to take a few weeks."
