A few days ago, we shared the unfortunate news that Ginuwine might be heading for bankruptcy, and that he and his wife Solé are on the verge of divorcing. Now the 'Pony' creator is speaking out and trying to clear up a few rumors.

In an Instagram post -- that has since been removed -- the '90's R&B star said his wife is a wonderful woman and it's not her fault that he's in the predicament he's in. He also said their divorce hasn't been finalized yet.

"We are not yet divorced, but we are currently separated and working towards coming to our own agreement, without lawyers, to amicably and fairly divorce," Ginuwine wrote. "Reports that she left me broke are untrue. She has been a good wife and mother and my poor choices and actions over many years have lead to this. I am on a path of becoming a better man, and part of that is taking responsibility for my own choices and behavior in life."

Reportedly, the 44-year-old father of five owes a lot of money to his lawyer, Bruce Beckner, and $250,000 to his former executive producer, Robert Reives, who he's now battling in court. He also owes the U.S. government over $300,000 in taxes, so clearly he's dealing with a few problems.

But by the looks of his recent Instagram posts, Ginuwine is doing a lot of self-improvement like working out, strengthening his spiritual side and reading. Maybe those moves will have him coming out of this negative path a better and stronger person.
